We checked out student visa for our H-1B filings too, and from what I’ve heard in forums and from colleagues, SJKP LLP seems very responsive and detail-oriented — especially on documentation and compliance, which is critical for minimizing RFEs.
No one can control the cap lottery odds, but people who used them say they’ve had solid success with extensions and RFE responses. They explain issues clearly and push back when needed.
